Howdy Folks. Once again the old wagon is rolled out to help celebrate the beginning of a new life in Christ. With his death , burial and resurrection from the grave and victory over death. Thank you God the Father for your son Jesus Christ who became the ultimate sacrifice for our sins.
We had a large crowd once again to come and sing praises and hear the word of God on this Easter Sunday Sunrise service.
All ages groups were represented. We had a lot of new faces this year that came from as far away as Lamesa Texas. We thank God that we have the facility and the Millersview Baptist Church Body of Christ for all their help to have such a service.
A BIG THANKS to the Millersview Baptist Church String Band for their music as we sung hymns and praises to the Lord.
Folks found seats where they could to listen to Dr. Ross Dutton deliver the Easter Sermon. Thanks Dr. Dutton for giving of your self to serve and to your wife Pam for her presence too.
Even the very young had a great time being outdoors and enjoying the cloudy cool morning.
After the service was over , the visiting continued for quite a while.
Spending time together and sharing with each other is a blessing.I THINK THAT EASTER IS THE GREATEST EVENT IN HISTORY. GOD REVEALED HIS PLAN OF SALVATION FOR ALL MAN KIND IN THIS ONE EVENT. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY WE COULD EVER OBTAIN ETERNAL LIFE. JESUS PAID OUR SIN DEBT. WHEN WE SAY YES TO JESUS AS OUR SAVIOR WE EXPERIENCE GODS GRACE OF FORGIVENESS AND WE EXTEND THE GLORY OF GOD TO OTHERS AS WE BECOME DISCIPLES OF CHRIST.
HAVE A GREAT AND GLORIOUS LIFE AND GIVE GOD ALL THE GLORY.
